AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND TRAVEL COMPARE LIMITED

Flight Hall (FH) is a brand name of Travel Compare Ltd all terms and conditions which govern your relationship with Travel Compare Ltd are applicable to your use of services and website offered by Flight Hall.

Travel Compare Limited and the brands it operates and the web sites for these brands are comprised of various web pages operated by Travel Compare Limited.  Travel Compare Limited web site and services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Travel Compare Ltd web site  and services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

 

Financial Protection
The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked with us and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority under Trust Travel Association (TTA) number U8546. If you book other holiday arrangements the financial protection referred to above does not apply.

 

DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name and address, and any special needs/dietary requirements, etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs and immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday and travel is outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will provide data to the consultants outside the EEA jurisdiction, controls on data protection in locations outside EEA may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We may also provide data outside the EEA jurisdictions for the purposes of travel bookings and other related processes to provide you the services.
We will not pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary or religious requirements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot proceed with your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant authorities.

By Cash - All payments made by cash should be deposited to ‘Travel Compare Ltd Trust Account'. Sort code 505101 Account number 45176922 at any branch of Netwest bank

 

By Cheque - All payments made by Cheque should be deposited to ‘Travel Compare Ltd Trust Account'. Sort code 505101 Account number 45176922 at any branch of Netwest bank


Deposit- No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been received by the Company. Deposits are nonrefundable. Fares are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
